Commodore 64

A section of a very known computer of Commodore its reserved on this blog, to a computer called "COMMODORE 64".
The Commodore 64, also known as the C64 or the CBM 64, is an 8-bit home computer introduced in January 1982 by Commodore International

The C64 uses an 8-bit MOS Technology 6510 microprocessor, at 0.985 MHz.
There is 20 KB of ROM, made up of the BASIC interpreter, the Kernal, and the character ROM.

Only 38,911 bytes of RAM (plus 4 KB in between the ROMs) were available at startup.

It uses chip Video: MOS Technology VIC-II 6569/8565 (PAL), capable of 16 colors.

Power: 5V DC and 9V AC from an external "power brick", attached to a 7-pin female DIN-connector on the computer.

Software its usually loaded using "tapes" or "cartridge", and less usual, disks.

It has been listed in the Guinness World Records as the highest-selling single computer model of all time.
